ORDERS From Within The UK:

Invoiced payment on receipt of Official Order Number.

We normally despatch orders on the day that we receive them. If for any reason there is a significant delay, then the customer will be informed. We pride ourselves on
our prompt despatch and delivery.
Orders from the UK are despatched by First or Second Class Mail or Special Delivery (depending on the weight of the parcel) but never by parcel post.
Orders from outside the UK are despatched by air mail.
